Wuhan Jindian Technology Co., Ltd. To strengthen the company's core technical competitiveness and connect the knowledge chain from product research and development to market application, recently, a special technical training on the "Transformer Comprehensive Testing System" was successfully held, jointly organized by our company's Technical Department and Marketing Department. This training aims to inject solid technical energy into the marketing team, building an "expert-type" marketing iron team that understands both the market and technology, thereby providing customers with more professional and precise services. In the modern industrial equipment market, customer demands are becoming increasingly specialized and refined. For our core product—the integrated transformer comprehensive testing system—traditional marketing rhetoric alone is no longer sufficient to deeply understand and meet customers' high-level needs. The Technical Department possesses profound product knowledge, while the Marketing Department closely follows market trends and customer feedback. This cross-departmental training is designed to break down knowledge barriers between departments, perfectly integrating technical depth with market insight, ensuring that when communicating with customers, we can use the same precise "technical language" to fully enhance the company's overall solution capabilities.
The training site was lively and interactive. Marketing colleagues seized this rare opportunity, actively asking questions based on real cases they encountered, with detailed and in-depth inquiries ranging from technical implementation to application expansion. The technical instructors patiently answered and used vivid metaphors to simplify complex technical concepts. This greatly improved the training effect, truly achieving effective knowledge transfer and integration.
