Recently, our company delivered a NR-BXH-270kVA/270KV variable frequency resonance testing device.
Equipment Introduction
The NR-BXH-270kVA/270KV variable frequency resonance testing device uses the principle of series resonance. By adjusting the output frequency of the variable frequency controller, the inductance L of the reactor in the circuit and the capacitance C of the test sample produce series resonance, and the resonance voltage is the voltage applied to the test sample. It ensures instrument stability and safety with minimum weight. Because of its low power consumption and small size and weight, it is widely used domestically and internationally for withstand voltage tests on high-voltage cables, generators, large transformers, GIS, CVT, and other large-capacity, high-voltage capacitive test samples.
Main Features
1. Simple operation: Two modes, automatic test (automatic resonance point search and automatic voltage increase) and manual test (manual resonance point search and manual voltage increase), adapt to different test requirements;
2. Can set the test voltage, frequency range, protection current, and pressurization time;
3. Software fine-tuning of frequency and voltage;
4. Overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, flashover protection, overheat protection, high-voltage abnormality protection, and simultaneous software/hardware protection to ensure safety;
5. Can automatically track changes in grid voltage and adjust voltage in real time to maintain stable high voltage;
6. Test data is saved and can be printed immediately or saved for later printing;
7. Small size and light weight.

2. NR-JLB-15kVA/2/4/8/16kV/0.5kV Excitation Transformer 1 unit
3. NR-DKQ-45kV High Voltage Reactor 6 sections
4. NR-FRC-270kV/1000pF Capacitive Voltage Divider 1 set
After receiving the order, our production department immediately started production, ensuring quality while improving efficiency.
The quality inspection department also conducted factory inspection of the entire equipment as soon as it was completed. During the inspection, manual and automatic tests were conducted, and the withstand voltage test for the high-voltage reactor and the voltage test for the excitation transformer at different voltage levels all passed normally. Finally, the equipment's appearance markings and accessories were checked one by one.
Thus, the equipment passed quality inspection and will be delivered to the customer's site soon.
