Recently, our technical engineer, Mr. Peng, was invited to Shanxi to provide training and commissioning services for the variable frequency resonance and fully automatic current transformer characteristic comprehensive testing instruments and other testing equipment purchased by our customers from our company.

After arriving on-site, the engineer conducted training as arranged by the customer. The training covered both theoretical and practical aspects. Mr. Peng first gave a detailed theoretical explanation of the two pieces of equipment to be trained, covering aspects such as working principles, interface usage instructions, wiring, testing, technical parameters, troubleshooting, and precautions. Then, he demonstrated the operation steps and guided the customer in on-site practice. Throughout the training, the customer listened attentively and took detailed notes. Through repeated hands-on practice, they quickly mastered the operation methods of the equipment.
This commissioning was successfully completed, and our company's quick response and professional and responsible after-sales service received the customer's affirmation and praise.
