Jindian Technology travels to Liuyang to provide after-sales debugging services for customers


Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an after-sales service request from a customer in Liuyang. The customer had purchased a cable identification instrument and a cable piercing instrument from our company, and both devices had arrived and urgently needed debugging and training. Our company responded quickly and dispatched engineer Song to the customer's site.

Introduction of the Two Devices


NR4200 Cable Identification Instrument
This device is a specialized instrument used to identify a specific cable from a bundle of cables. It is a small, compact, hand-held instrument housed in an aluminum alloy case, consisting of a signal generator, a receiver with a sensor, and connecting wires. To reliably and accurately identify the cable, a special signal needs to be added to the cable to be identified, and this signal must be received by a special receiver. This characteristic allows the desired cable to be identified.
NR4210 Cable Piercing Instrument
This device solves the problem of identifying whether a cable is energized and the inconvenience and safety hazards of manual piercing, achieving absolutely safe piercing. Suitable for piercing various power cables ≤Φ125mm.
Its main features include: adopting dual-gun, dual-angle piercing, completing two piercings at two angles simultaneously in one operation;
Two working modes: timed/remote control, and using dual-key confirmation to enter the working mode, preventing single-key misoperation and ensuring operator safety;
Using real-person voice prompts and LCD display synchronization functions, making operation safer, more accurate, and intuitive under guidance;
Designed specifically for piercing cables, directly fixed to the cable, and can be installed at any angle;
The power supply uses ordinary dry batteries, suitable for outdoor use without a power supply, while ensuring complete isolation of the piercing device from the power system, guaranteeing equipment safety.


Upon arrival at the site, our engineer first unpacked and assembled the equipment on-site. During the assembly process, the engineer introduced each structure and its function. Subsequently, the engineer demonstrated the operation of the two devices, explaining the operating methods and precautions in detail, and allowing the customer to operate the equipment hands-on. After several practice sessions, the customer quickly mastered the operation methods and skills.
This debugging service was successfully completed, and the customer affirmed the good performance of our equipment.
