Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from Shaanxi Electric Equipment Company, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched technicians to the customer's location in Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, to debug the testing equipment purchased from our company and provide operational training.

        On-site Environment

After arriving on-site, our technicians, following the customer's arrangement, provided explanations in two parts: theory and practical operation.
To facilitate the customer's independent completion of various electrical tests in the future, a brief introduction to each piece of equipment was given first, followed by an in-depth explanation of each module within the equipment. This included: the selection of each module, the testing principle, and the testing wiring. Our technicians patiently provided detailed explanations and operation instructions for each piece of equipment.

This debugging session first involved a detailed explanation of the equipment's operation and theoretical knowledge, followed by a practical demonstration to the customer, highlighting key points and difficulties during operation. Finally, the customer was allowed to operate the equipment themselves, with the engineer providing guidance. A corresponding debugging and training plan was developed for different products, aiming to ensure the customer's proficient use of the equipment in their future work.
Through communication and debugging training, the customer essentially mastered the use of the equipment and thoroughly understood the techniques for analyzing test data.
