Jindian Technology After-Sales Service: Winter Rush, Warmth to Customers' Hearts!


“With us for after-sales, service first” Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an urgent after-sales request from a customer in Gansu and immediately activated its response mechanism, dispatching technical personnel to the site.

The customer's site was conducting a 8000kVA/600kV series resonance test device on-site withstand voltage debugging, a challenging task. The test item voltage level is as high as 330kV, the cable cross-sectional area is 2500㎡, the length is nearly 600 meters, the test voltage is 323kV, and three cables need to be tested continuously for 3 hours. After arriving, Jindian engineers quickly got to work, first explaining the equipment's working principle, structure, technical parameters, and measurement range to the customer's test team in detail, and then cooperating with the customer to prepare for the test. After all preparations were completed, the test proceeded smoothly.

With the collaborative cooperation of the customer's unit members, Jindian Technology engineers successfully completed the debugging work, laying a solid foundation for the stable operation of the project. After-sales service work has also achieved remarkable results, winning high praise and full trust from customers with professional, efficient, and attentive service.
