Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from a power construction company in Yunnan, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched technicians to Kunming, Yunnan Province, to deliver, install, and provide operational training for a batch of testing equipment purchased from our company.
The equipment debugged this time mainly includes:
NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC high-voltage generator;
NR-YD-10kVA/100kV power frequency test transformer;
NR6700 fully automatic transformer ratio group tester;
NR-JY insulating boot (glove) withstand voltage test device;
NR5130 microcomputer relay protection tester;
NR6610 DC resistance tester;
A batch of equipment including NR2204 insulation resistance tester.
At the training site, our technicians first gave a theoretical explanation, then conducted on-site operation demonstrations, and explained the relevant precautions for using the equipment one by one. Customers actively participated in the hands-on operation, and our technicians patiently answered their questions until they could skillfully use our equipment and instruments.
