Time flies, and the years change. In the blink of an eye, a busy year has passed, and a new year has arrived, filled with passion and challenges. Recently, Jindian Technology held its 2023 Summary and Commendation Conference and 2024 New Year's Welcome Party!
In the morning, all employees held the 2023 annual summary and commendation conference in the first meeting room. During the meeting, heads of various departments reported on the work in 2023 and made prospective forecasts for the work in 2024.
After the reports from various departments, the deputy general manager summarized the overall company situation in 2023, fully affirming the achievements made by various departments in the past year, and made arrangements and deployments for the work in 2024, putting forward the business objectives for 2024. Looking back on the past year, there have been both gains and shortcomings. It is hoped that in 2024, we can improve on these shortcomings, make the most of our strengths, and put our best foot forward in our work.
Following this, the company commended and rewarded outstanding employees in the fourth quarter of 2023 and outstanding employees for the whole of 2023, awarding several awards, including "Quarterly Sales Individual Champion," "Quarterly Sales Team Champion," "Quarterly Outstanding Employee," "Quarterly Outstanding Department," "Annual New Sales Champion," "Annual Progress Star," "Annual Best Dedication Award," "Annual Outstanding Management Award," and "Annual Outstanding Team Award." Representatives of outstanding employees gave wonderful acceptance speeches.
In the final item of the meeting, the company's general manager made a summary speech, outlining the company's work objectives and efforts for the next year. After the meeting, everyone moved to the annual party venue for a New Year's dinner.
