Jindian Technology conducts a special training session on "Corporate Trade Secrets and Protection Measures in 2024"

On January 19, Wuhan Jindian Science and Technology Co., Ltd. held a special training session on "Company Trade Secrets and Protection Measures" in the company's first meeting room. Lawyer Li Fan, the company's legal counsel, was specially invited to give the lecture, and all personnel from the company's marketing department participated.

This training focused on "the characteristics of trade secrets and what constitutes a trade secret." After a brief opening by the manager of the company's comprehensive management department, the training officially began.

Lawyer Li used Coca-Cola's protection of trade secrets as a warm-up for the training, allowing us to understand the importance of protecting trade secrets. Combining major trade secret leaks that have occurred in China in recent years, he gave a comprehensive explanation of the definition, scope, importance, leakage channels, legal protection of trade secrets, and related protection measures, giving everyone a more complete understanding of the company's trade secrets.

Trade secrets refer to design materials, management know-how, customer lists, supply information, production and sales strategies, and other technical and business information that are not publicly known, can bring economic benefits to the rights holder, are practical, and have been kept confidential by the rights holder.

In the Q&A session, colleagues from the marketing department actively raised legal issues they encountered, and Lawyer Li answered them in detail one by one.

Trade secrets are the foundation of a company's survival. Jindian Science and Technology will adopt comprehensive protection measures and develop perfect confidentiality measures to fundamentally protect trade secrets and prevent illegal activities.

A company's most important assets must not be leaked; trade secrets are invaluable. Trade secrets are the 'heart' of a company and its intellectual property. Therefore, protecting trade secrets is the duty of every employee.

Through this training, everyone has a deeper understanding of the importance of trade secrets, laying a solid foundation for further strengthening the company's confidentiality and security.
