Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from a power construction company in Yunnan, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched professional technicians to Kunming, Yunnan Province, to conduct on-site acceptance and commissioning of a batch of testing equipment purchased from our company.

After arriving, our technicians first inspected the acceptance site as a whole. After confirming that nothing was missing, they proceeded with the unpacking inspection, checking the appearance for damage and whether any host accessories were missing, etc. Once everything was confirmed to be correct, the basic acceptance work was completed.

After the acceptance, we went to the commissioning site—Kunming Railway Vocational and Technical College—as arranged by the client.

During the testing process, our technicians provided the client with a detailed explanation of the application fields, testing principles, and functions of each component of the equipment, giving the client a general understanding of the equipment. Based on national standards and power industry testing standards, and in conjunction with the product manual, we provided a detailed explanation of the testing principles and wiring methods of the equipment, and guided the client through hands-on operation to reinforce their understanding.

After several hours of theoretical explanation and practical drills, with our technicians' careful explanations and one-on-one on-site guidance, the client was soon able to operate the equipment independently.
