Recently, after receiving the after-sales service demand from an electric power construction company in Yunnan, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched professional and technical personnel to Kunming, Yunnan Province, where the customer is located, to carry out the arrival inspection and on-site commissioning of a batch of test equipment purchased from our company service.

　　After our technicians arrived, they first inspected the acceptance site as a whole. After confirming that there are no defects, unpack the inspection, whether the appearance is intact, whether the host accessories are missing, etc., after everything is completely correct, the basic acceptance work is completed.

   　　After the acceptance is completed, under the arrangement of the customer, go to the commissioning site-Kunming Railway Vocational and Technical College.

　　During the test, our technicians introduced to the customer the theoretical knowledge of the application field of the debugging equipment, the test principle, and the function of each component of the system in detail, so that the customer has a general understanding of the equipment. According to national standards and power industry test standards, combined with product manuals, we explained in detail the testing principles and wiring methods of the batch of test equipment for customers, and knowing that customers will operate the equipment on site will deepen the customer’s impression.

　　After several hours of theoretical explanation and actual combat drills, our technical staff carefully explained, one-on-one on-site guidance, and soon customers can operate by themselves.
