On January 19, Wuhan Jindian Technology Co., Ltd. organized a special training on "Enterprise Trade Secrets and Protection Measures" in the first conference room of the company. Lawyer Li Fan, the legal counsel of our company, was specially invited to give a lecture, and all the staff of our marketing department participated.

This training focuses on "the characteristics of trade secrets and what are them". After a brief opening by the manager of the general management department of the enterprise, the training officially began.

Mr. Li used Coca-Cola's protection of corporate secrets as a warm-up for the training, and let us understand the importance of protecting trade secrets. Combined with the major trade secret leakage incidents that have occurred in China in recent years, the definition, scope, importance, leakage channels, protection of trade secrets by laws and regulations and related protection measures are comprehensively explained, so that everyone has a fuller understanding of the company's trade secrets.

During the Q&A session, colleagues from the marketing department responded positively to the legal questions encountered, and Mr. Li answered them in detail.
