Following the recent Labor Day holiday, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an after-sales service request from a client in Qinghai. Our company responded immediately, dispatching technicians to the client's location to provide on-site technical guidance for a batch of testing equipment purchased from our company.
Upon arrival at the testing site, our technicians first assisted the client with equipment acceptance. After careful verification, counting, and external inspection, we ensured that all products met the required standards.
The equipment involved in this commissioning included: Insulating boot (glove) withstand voltage testing device, tensile testing machine, power frequency testing transformer, insulating rod stand, etc.
Before starting the commissioning, our technicians engaged in brief communication and exchange with the client. After understanding the client's needs, we first provided a theoretical explanation of each piece of equipment, detailing each step and patiently answering all client questions. Subsequently, we provided hands-on demonstrations and encouraged the client to participate in practical operation drills until they were fully proficient in using the equipment.
This commissioning work was successfully completed. The professionalism of our technicians and their dedicated service attitude received high praise from the client.
