Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an after-sales service request from a customer in Yunnan and immediately dispatched a technical engineer to the customer's location. While ensuring service quality, the company improved communication efficiency and response time.

The equipment debugged this time mainly includes NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC high-voltage generator, NR-YD-5kVA/50kV power frequency test transformer, ETCR2000 clamp-type grounding resistance meter, NR6700 fully automatic transformer ratio group tester, NR6610D DC resistance tester, NR2202 insulation resistance tester, NR5400 high-voltage switch characteristic comprehensive tester, NR5300B loop resistance tester, NR5160 microcomputer relay protection tester, etc.

On-site, our technicians first explained in detail to the customer the working principle, structure, technical parameters, measurement range, etc., of each instrument. Then, they connected the testing instruments to the device under test, demonstrating how to set parameters, the corresponding supporting usage scheme adjustments, subsequent operation procedures and key points, and listed possible contingencies during the test and their solutions.

Following the explanation, professional operational tests were conducted on the device under test. Key precautions were emphasized during the operation, and experience was shared with the customer's personnel.

After the demonstration, the technicians suggested that the customer try to complete the test independently. During the operation, our technicians provided step-by-step and patient guidance, answering any questions until the customer personnel fully mastered the equipment's usage.
