Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology held its "2023 First Half-Year Work Summary and Second Half-Year Work Plan Meeting" in the company's fourth-floor meeting room. This meeting summarized the company's operating results in the first half of the year and clarified the operating management objectives and key work deployments for the second half of the year.
At the beginning of the meeting, the heads of various departments reported on the completion of the first half-year targets, achievements, shortcomings, and work plans for the second half of the year.
At the meeting, Vice General Manager Yu read out the company's first half-year work report, comprehensively summarizing the completion of various tasks, and in-depth analysis of the current problems in the company's development, mainly in the areas of customer resource development, talent cultivation, and product research and development innovation, which need further improvement. Clear arrangements and deployments were also made for the operating objectives and strategic priorities of the second half of the year.
The meeting also selected the "Sales Champion," "Excellent Team," and "Excellent Employee" for the first half of the year, commending them and affirming their work, and calling on everyone to learn from them, thereby motivating employee work.
