Recently, the partial discharge shielding room built by Wuhan Jindian Technology for a Jiangsu client has been successfully delivered and put into use.
This project, launched in mid-February 2023, is used for transformer testing after completion. After learning about the project information, our company designed the shielding test room for the client based on the client's technical requirements and in accordance with national industry standards and regulations. During this period, our personnel visited the client's site many times for on-site investigation and technical exchanges. Finally, through repeated communication and negotiation with the client, we successfully reached a cooperation!
The partial discharge shielding room is used to optimize the basic test conditions for partial discharge, meet the product's requirements for the test environment, and cooperate with the partial discharge test system to judge the insulation life of electrical equipment and detect the insulation performance of the product.
This project has high requirements for grounding resistance and sound insulation. To meet the client's requirements, our company made clear requirements for the ground, wall materials, construction process, grounding system, and electrical protection during the design phase, and strictly followed the regulations during the subsequent construction.
After the construction of the partial discharge test shielding room was completed and passed the acceptance inspection, the client also sent a request for on-site technical guidance to our company.
After-sales engineers promptly went to the client's test site. The equipment to be tested has been gradually moved in, and the supporting test equipment has been installed. The engineers first gave a detailed explanation of the environmental requirements for the test and the specific theoretical knowledge of the test. Then, they demonstrated the wiring and test operation on site, and the test results met the client's requirements.
With the patient guidance of our engineers, this after-sales service was successfully completed. Through this debugging service, the client expressed great satisfaction with the shielding effect and accuracy of the test results of our partial discharge shielding room.
