On May 25th, two sets of NR-GK(F) high-voltage switchgear energization test benches, custom-made for Xinjiang TBEA Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., were successfully shipped.
The NR-GK(F) high-voltage switchgear energization test bench is mainly used in the digital factory of the Electromechanical Equipment Smart Internet of Things Platform. As a product factory inspection, the smart Internet of Things platform requires real-time monitoring of the implementation of various detection contents, test items, and the authenticity of the detection data report. This requires our testing equipment to not only have testing functions, but also communication protocols for uploading data, and each test item must have a data platform.
This product developed by our company is customized according to customer needs and meets the actual needs of customers.
Regarding the construction of the Electromechanical Equipment Smart Internet of Things Platform (EIP)
In 2019, the State Grid Corporation of China actively implemented the central government's decision to "cultivate new momentum in the field of modern supply chains," creating a modern smart supply chain. The Electromechanical Equipment Smart Internet of Things Platform, in accordance with unified access standards and interface specifications, follows the confidentiality requirements of the State Grid Corporation of China and interconnected suppliers, connecting supplier order information, production scheduling information, process quality information, and factory test information; providing suppliers with quality evaluation, project progress, industry standards, industry development dynamics, and other data information, as well as online collaborative support; and connecting financial services, logistics services, and testing technology service agencies to build a comprehensive service platform for the electromechanical equipment industry. The platform is committed to improving the quality of power grid equipment, improving the level of supply chain operation management, enhancing the core competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry, building a harmonious and win-win electromechanical equipment ecosystem, and promoting the domestic electromechanical equipment industry to move towards the mid-to-high-end sector.
During this period, when receiving orders, in order to ensure timely delivery of equipment, relevant departments carried out a series of coordination work, deploying and arranging procedures from research and development, production, quality inspection, and packaging. Finally, with the tacit cooperation and concerted efforts of various departments, after two months of hard work and dedication, the product passed quality inspection and was successfully shipped.
After the equipment arrives, the company will also dispatch experienced technical engineers to the customer's unit to assist customers with on-site acceptance and installation and commissioning.
