Recently, Jindian Technology's after-sales technical personnel responded to a customer's request and went to Zhengzhou, Henan to provide after-sales debugging and technical training for the testing equipment purchased from our company.
The equipment that needs to be debugged this time mainly includes the NR-BX-264kVA/44kV variable frequency resonance testing device, the NR5130 microcomputer relay protection tester, the NR4100 cable fault tester, etc.

After our technical personnel arrived at the debugging site, they immediately started the training under the guidance of the customer. The training was mainly divided into two parts: theoretical explanation and practical operation.
At the beginning of the training, our technical personnel gave a detailed introduction to the structural composition, functional characteristics, operation steps, and precautions of the customer's debugging equipment, and answered all the customer's questions.
After the theoretical knowledge training, we entered the practical operation stage. Our technical personnel operated very meticulously, teaching the customer how to connect the wires, how to set parameters, etc. After demonstrating to the customer, they let the customer operate repeatedly. They patiently answered the questions the customer encountered during the operation until the customer mastered the use and precautions of our instruments.

This debugging service has been successfully completed. Our instruments are working normally, the accessories are complete, and the on-site test results are accurate. The customer is very satisfied with our equipment and after-sales service, and has expressed high recognition and appreciation for our company!
