Recently, a long-term customer from Jiangxi contacted Jindian Technology's business manager, stating an urgent on-site need to purchase an NR4250 underground pipeline detector for cable fault detection, and requesting that a technician be sent to provide on-site guidance. 
After a brief communication with the customer, the business manager finalized the contract. Jindian Technology has sufficient stock of standard equipment. After the order was placed, our company immediately arranged for personnel to conduct factory testing of the equipment, and technician Song, carrying the goods, rushed to the test site.
Upon arrival, and with the customer's arrangement, training immediately commenced. 
Technician Song gave a brief introduction to the equipment's operating principles and methods, as well as how to use it with other equipment. 
Subsequently, Technician Song provided the customer with practical operational training, explaining key points to note during operation. Finally, the customer was allowed to operate the equipment independently, with guidance provided, ensuring the customer could proficiently use the equipment in future work. 
After the debugging and training, the customer had essentially mastered the equipment's usage and thoroughly understood the analysis of the test results.
This after-sales service was completed quickly and successfully, resolving the customer's urgent needs. The customer gave high praise to our company's products and services.
