Recently, Jindian Technology successfully delivered a customized comprehensive power testing vehicle to a client in Zhejiang Province!
Established in 2019, the client is a professional smart operator responsible for third-party power maintenance and integrated energy services. They purchased equipment from our company in 2021 and acknowledged both the product quality and after-sales service. We have maintained good communication, and our sales manager regularly shares product information with them.
In June of this year, the client contacted our regional sales manager again, expressing their need for a comprehensive power testing vehicle. Learning that we had a similar product, they requested a proposal and quotation.
After thoroughly discussing the client's needs, the sales manager immediately coordinated with the technical department to provide a product selection plan. A detailed layout drawing of the vehicle's interior was designed and sent to the client for review. Relevant personnel from our company also visited the client's company to discuss the specifics of the customized product and the cooperation plan. After several adjustments, the client finalized the plan.
Based on the previous good communication and cooperation, the client expressed trust in our products and professional, patient service, ultimately leading to a successful collaboration!

Upon receiving the purchase order, our production department proceeded with equipment production in an organized and efficient manner, while the procurement department actively coordinated the procurement of the testing vehicle. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all departments, the equipment was delivered to its destination within the client's requested timeframe!
Subsequently, after-sales personnel went to the client's site to provide installation and commissioning services.
To ensure the stability of the vehicle-mounted equipment, after-sales personnel carefully calculated the weight of the equipment and arranged it according to the final drawings. Heavier equipment received special reinforcement to prevent movement during transit.
The testing vehicle has now been successfully commissioned and delivered to the client.
