Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an invitation from a Hunan customer to provide commissioning and training services for a batch of power testing equipment purchased from our company.
The equipment to be commissioned includes: NR2201 Insulation Resistance Tester, NR6610D DC Resistance Tester, NR6700B Fully Automatic Transformer Ratio and Group Test Set, NR-YD(JZ)-5kVA/50kV Power Frequency Test Transformer, NR5300 Loop Resistance Tester, NR5400 High-Voltage Switch Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, NR-ZGF-60kV/2mA DC High-Voltage Generator, NR-BX-165kVA/44kV Variable Frequency Resonance Test Set, NR2100 Ground Resistance Tester, NR5130 Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester, NR5200 Fully Automatic Transformer Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, NR4500 Lightning Arrester Discharge Counter Tester, etc.
After receiving the service request, our after-sales service team responded quickly and dispatched technicians to the customer's site.
The customer company was established in 2017 and its main business includes engineering and technological research and development; R&D, production, sales, installation, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment and power generation equipment; development and sales of power software; leasing and installation of power equipment; electrical installation; pipeline and equipment installation; power supply, etc.
After arriving, our technicians inspected the equipment one by one and confirmed that it was in good condition. They then provided a theoretical explanation for each piece of equipment and demonstrated the wiring and testing operations of the equipment and the device under test on-site.
Subsequently, the customers actively participated in the operation. Our technicians patiently answered their questions one by one until the customers were proficient in using our equipment and instruments.
After the commissioning, the engineers assisted the customer in completing the test and confirmed that there were no errors before leaving the site. The customer highly praised our equipment and after-sales service!
