    After receiving the service demand, our after-sales service team responded quickly and dispatched technicians to rush to the customer site.

    The client unit was established in 2017, and its main business includes engineering and technical research and test development; mechanical and electrical equipment and power generation equipment research and development, production, sales, installation, commissioning; power software development and sales; power equipment leasing and installation; electrical installation; and equipment installation; power supply, etc.

    After our technicians arrive, they will check and accept the equipment one by one to confirm that the equipment is in good condition. Theoretical explanation is given for each device, and the wiring and test operation of the device and the tested product are demonstrated on site.

    Afterwards, customers also actively started to operate. For the questions encountered in the operation, our technicians patiently answered them one by one until the customer can master the use of our equipment.

    In this commissioning, the engineer assisted the customer to complete the test and confirmed that it was correct before leaving the site. Customers highly appreciate our equipment and after-sales service!
