Recently, after receiving a service request from a customer in Hubei, the Wuhan Jindian Technology after-sales team immediately went to the customer's location—a wind farm in Xiaogan, Hubei. This training mainly focused on the use of our NR6200D partial discharge detector and NR-JG foreign object remote remover.

Upon arriving at the project site, our technicians explained in detail to the customer the instrument's working principle, structure, technical parameters, measurement range, etc. Then, they demonstrated the equipment's operating procedures, parameter settings, and other key usage points, and listed situations that might arise during testing.

 


 

Following the explanation, professional practical operation was conducted. During the operation, key precautions were explained, and our testing experience was shared with the customer's personnel.

 

Product Introduction

NR6200D Partial Discharge Detector

This product can be widely used in partial discharge detection of power systems, including insulation state detection of high-voltage switchgear, ring main units, voltage/current transformers, transformers (including dry-type transformers), GIS, overhead lines, and cables.
The degree of electrical equipment discharge can be measured by two indicators: partial discharge intensity detection and partial discharge frequency detection.

Product Features
Different sensors can be configured to achieve partial discharge detection of almost all electrical equipment;
A non-invasive detection method is used. No power outage is required during testing, and no additional high-voltage source is needed. It is more convenient to use than traditional pulse-type partial discharge detectors;
The test bandwidth range is 30kHz ~ 2.0GHz, suitable for various frequency band detection principles;
User-friendly human-machine interface, convenient data management of different equipment, including traceability of historical data change trends, horizontal and vertical data analysis, realizing 360° comprehensive diagnosis of the equipment under test;
Built-in ultrasonic sensor and transient ground voltage sensor, can be connected to external transformers, GIS, overhead lines, cables and other special sensors.

NR-JG Foreign Object Remote Remover

This product is suitable for removing most non-metallic foreign objects from overhead lines. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional methods. No power outage or personnel climbing towers is required. Controllable lasers are emitted from the ground to cut and remove high-altitude foreign objects remotely, achieving live, remote, and contactless operation. It is safe, fast, and can operate under live conditions, quickly and safely removing foreign objects from conductors remotely, and is convenient, time-saving, and labor-saving.

Target foreign objects: kites, kite strings, advertising cloth, sunshades, agricultural plastic films and other chemical fiber and plastic non-metallic materials; wasp nests, etc.; branch trimming, bamboo cutting, etc.; remote de-icing;

After the demonstration, the technicians allowed the customer to try to complete the test independently.
