Recently, the after-sales staff of Jindian Technology went to Qianjiang, Hubei to provide customers with training on the use of cable fault testers and help customers find fault points!

    After receiving the customer's demand, our after-sales team went overnight. Considering the urgency of the customer's field test, the commissioning work was carried out immediately upon arrival at the site.

    At the commissioning site, our technical engineer explained the working principle, usage and precautions of the cable fault tester in detail with the customer. Then our technical engineers went deep into the field to solve practical problems. After 2 days of day and night tests, we successfully found out the problem for the customer and accurately identified the fault point.

     In the field application, due to the different geographical environment, the actual test process will be much more complicated, which will test the technical strength of our technical engineers even more. Customers highly appreciate the patience, care and superb technology of our engineers.
