Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an after-sales service request from a customer in Gansu Province, urgently requiring our technicians to provide on-site equipment training. During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, our after-sales team, prioritizing the customer's needs, gave up their break and rushed to the customer's site to ensure the smooth progress of the customer's project.

After arriving on-site, our technical engineer, Engineer Xu, immediately began the debugging work as arranged by the customer.

The main equipment for this debugging includes:

NR-BX-108kVA/108kV Variable Frequency Resonance Test Set, NR5300 Loop Resistance Tester, NR6700 Fully Automatic Transformer Ratio and Group Test Instrument, NR6610 DC Resistance Tester, NR5200 Fully Automatic Current Transformer Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC High Voltage Generator, NR5400 High Voltage Switch Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, etc.

At the start of the training, Engineer Xu gave a detailed explanation of the performance characteristics, application scope, and maintenance of these devices, emphasizing safe operation.

Following this, the use of the equipment was demonstrated in a practical on-site session, including pre-test inspection of the equipment and the item under test, connection methods, operating procedures, readings, and result analysis.

After three days of training, the customer stated that they had mastered the operation of the equipment and expressed great recognition of the performance and quality of our equipment and the efficiency and professionalism of our service.
