In mid-May, a customer from Shanxi Province, China, partnered with Jindian Technology, purchasing a batch of high-voltage testing equipment. Upon receiving the order, our production department immediately commenced production. After multiple processes, the equipment was delivered to the customer's site within the agreed timeframe! 
Subsequently, the customer invited us for after-sales service. To provide the fastest equipment training, technician Song quickly responded and traveled to the customer's site!
Upon arrival, Song first checked and accepted the equipment with the customer.

The training began with Song systematically explaining the NR-BX-270kVA/270kV variable frequency resonance testing device, including its functions, parameters, usage, and precautions. He demonstrated the connection methods and operation steps of each part of the equipment, emphasizing correct usage and result analysis during the operation. 
Next, Song provided training on the other equipment using a combination of theory and practice. 
Customers actively participated in hands-on operation. Song patiently answered questions encountered during operation until the customers could proficiently use the equipment.
