Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from a Shanghai customer, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched professional technicians to the customer's location to conduct on-site acceptance and commissioning of the microcomputer relay protection tester purchased from our company. 
Product Introduction
1. This instrument has a standard four-phase voltage and three-phase current output, voltage 125V/phase, current 40A/phase. Three-phase parallel connection can reach 120A. It can perform various tests on various traditional relays and protection devices and modern microcomputer protection;
2. Classic Windows XP system, with built-in recovery function, avoiding system crashes caused by illegal shutdown or misoperation.
3. Equipped with an ultra-thin industrial keyboard and photoelectric mouse, various operations can be completed through the keyboard or mouse like operating an ordinary PC.
4. The control board adopts DSP+FPGA structure, 16-bit DAC output, which can generate a high-density sine wave of 2000 points per week for the fundamental wave, greatly improving the quality of the waveform and improving the accuracy of the tester.
5. High-fidelity linear power amplifier, ensuring both the accuracy of small current and the stability of large current.
6. Using USB interface to communicate directly with PC, no need for any adapter cable, convenient to use.
7. Equipped with an independent dedicated DC auxiliary voltage source output, the output voltages are 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A). To provide for relays or protection devices that require DC working power.
8. It has a software self-calibration function, avoiding the need to open the chassis to adjust the potentiometer to calibrate the accuracy, thus greatly improving the stability of the accuracy.
After arriving at the site, our technicians carefully unpacked and inspected the equipment. After inspection, the equipment was found to be in good condition, with no missing parts, and the basic acceptance was qualified. After the acceptance, equipment training was immediately carried out as arranged by the customer.
At the beginning of the training, our technicians first introduced the application fields, performance characteristics, technical parameters, and testing principles of the equipment to be debugged, so that the customer had an overall understanding of the equipment. Then, combined with the product manual, the testing equipment was operated, and the customer was guided to operate the equipment on site. After several hours of theoretical explanation and practical drills, our technicians carefully explained and provided one-on-one on-site guidance, and the customer quickly mastered the operation.
