Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from a construction company in Guangxi, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched technicians to the client's location to conduct on-site acceptance and operational training for the testing equipment purchased from our company.

The equipment debugged this time mainly includes: NR-BX-216kVA/108kV variable frequency resonance testing device, NR-YD-5kVA/50kV power frequency testing transformer, NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC high-voltage generator, NR2201 insulation resistance tester, NR2100 grounding resistance tester, NR5400 high-voltage switch characteristic comprehensive tester, NR6700 fully automatic transformer ratio group tester, NR5130 microcomputer relay protection tester, NR5200 fully automatic transformer characteristic comprehensive tester, etc.

After arriving on-site, our technicians first conducted acceptance of the equipment with the client. Then, following the client's arrangement, the explanation was divided into two parts: theory and practical operation.

At the beginning of the training, our technicians provided a detailed introduction to the structural composition, functional characteristics, operation steps, and precautions of the equipment being debugged. Questions raised by the client were answered one by one.

After the theoretical knowledge training, the practical operation session began. Our technicians demonstrated meticulous operation, teaching the client how to connect wires, set parameters, and analyze data. After demonstrating, the client was given multiple opportunities for hands-on practice. Questions encountered during operation were patiently answered until the client proficiently mastered the use and precautions of our instruments.

Through communication, debugging, and training, the client essentially mastered the use of this batch of equipment and thoroughly learned data analysis techniques, expressing satisfaction with our company's equipment and after-sales service.

Jindian Technology has reached a cooperation agreement with a customer in Yunnan, and the purchased equipment has been shipped on schedule!
