Recently, at the customer's request, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched after-sales technicians to the customer's site to provide after-sales debugging services for the NR-ZGFH-200kVA/3mA high-voltage DC generator purchased from our company.

After arriving at the debugging site, our technicians, led by the customer, began the training.

Before the training, our technicians completed the pre-use preparation work for the instrument. First, they carefully inspected the appearance of the equipment components. Then, they demonstrated the correct wiring of the various parts of the equipment to the customer and conducted a no-load test to check the integrity of the equipment.

After confirming that the equipment was intact and ready for testing, the technicians connected the equipment and the test sample. After checking that the ground wire was correct, they proceeded with the formal test. During the test, the technicians also explained in detail the working principle of the equipment, the test steps, precautions, and result judgment.

After the demonstration, the customer also conducted several practical operations. The technicians patiently answered any questions the customer encountered during operation until the customer was proficient in using our instrument.

This debugging service was successfully completed. Our instrument worked normally, the accessories were complete, and the on-site test results were accurate.
