2. NR1210 Tensile Testing Machine
This equipment can perform all mechanical performance preventive tests for safety tools stipulated in the "Regulations" (safety belts, foot loops, lifting platforms, bamboo (wood) ladders, safety helmets). It consists of a vertical double-cylinder hydraulic platform, a safety helmet test platform, and a control cabinet including a microcomputer control system. It has both manual and automatic operating systems. In the automatic operating system, the name of the safety tool can be directly selected for preventive testing via the keyboard and human-computer interaction, or parameters can be set independently for mechanical performance testing of other materials. All test parameters, operational prompts, and working graphs are displayed on the LCD screen and can print test reports that meet the requirements of the "Regulations".
