Recently, at the customer's invitation, technical engineers from Wuhan Jindian Technology Co., Ltd. traveled to Qinghai to provide after-sales technical support for a batch of electrical testing equipment purchased from our company. 
The equipment debugged this time includes NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC high-voltage generator, NR-YD-6kVA/50kV power frequency test transformer, NR-BX-270kVA/108kV variable frequency resonant test device, NR5130 microcomputer relay protection tester, NR2100 grounding resistance tester, NR6610 DC resistance tester, NR2202 insulation resistance tester, NR-DDGB-1000A large current generator, NR5300B loop resistance tester, etc. 
Before the start of the debugging, the technical engineers held a professional training meeting with the customer. Combining the test projects required by the customer's engineering, the engineers gave a detailed theoretical explanation of the equipment, including a thorough introduction of the equipment's principles and application scope. 
In the subsequent practical operation, the engineers demonstrated to the customer one by one the series of operations such as wiring, setting parameters, reading data, and testing. Afterwards, they allowed the customer to operate the equipment on-site. They patiently answered the questions raised by the customer during the practice, and received high recognition from the on-site personnel. 
After 3 days, our technical engineers followed the customer to the project site for debugging, and the customer is now able to use the equipment proficiently for testing. In this debugging, the customer expressed high praise for the professionalism of Jindian Technology's after-sales personnel, and also expressed high recognition of the quality of Jindian Technology's products. Every bit of effort has brought about satisfactory customer evaluations and a good reputation. This service not only helped the customer solve the problems in equipment use, but also further deepened the friendship and trust between our company and the customer.
