    Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received after-sales service needs from customers in Qinghai, responded immediately, and dispatched technical engineers to rush to the customer site.

    After our technical engineer arrives at the site, the commissioning work will be carried out immediately under the arrangement of the customer.

    The main equipment for this debugging are: NR-JY insulating boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device, NR-YD-10kVA/100kV power frequency test transformer, NR-ED-35kV electroscope bracket, NR-ZJ-35kV, NR1210 tensile force test bench etc.

    In order to facilitate the customer to complete various electrical tests independently in the future, the technical engineer first gave an in-depth and detailed explanation of the equipment one by one. Including: test principle, test wiring, operation steps and precautions, etc.

    Then let the customer give an actual operation demonstration, focus on explaining the key points and difficulties that need to be paid attention to in the operation process, and finally guide the customer to operate it by himself. And for different products, we have developed corresponding debugging training programs, and strive to allow customers to use these equipment proficiently in future work.

    After communication and debugging training, the customer basically mastered the use of the debugging equipment.

    The commissioning service was successfully completed, and the customer affirmed the good performance of our equipment.
