Jindian Technology's after-sales team traveled to Qinghai to provide debugging and training services for a client!


Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an after-sales service request from a customer in Qinghai and responded immediately by dispatching a technical engineer to the customer's site.

After arriving on-site, our technical engineer, following the customer's arrangements, immediately began the debugging work.

The main equipment involved in this debugging process includes: NR-JY insulation boots (gloves) withstand voltage testing device, NR-YD-10kVA/100kV power frequency testing transformer, NR-ED-35kV voltage tester bracket, NR-ZJ-35kV, NR1210 tensile testing machine, etc.

To facilitate the customer's independent completion of various electrical tests in the future, the technical engineer first provided a thorough and detailed explanation of each piece of equipment. This included: testing principles, testing wiring, operating procedures, and precautions.

Then, the customer was allowed to perform a practical demonstration, with an emphasis on explaining the key difficulties and points to note during operation. Finally, the customer was guided to operate the equipment independently. Corresponding debugging and training programs were developed for different products to ensure that the customer can proficiently use this equipment in their future work.

After the communication, debugging, and training, the customer has basically mastered the use of the equipment.

This debugging service was successfully completed, and the customer affirmed the excellent performance of our equipment.
