Recently, the after-sales service team of Jindian Technology received an after-sales service request from a customer in Hunan Province and immediately dispatched technicians to the customer's location to provide after-sales training services!
After arriving, the technicians first systematically explained to the customer the functions, parameters, usage methods, and precautions of the equipment, and during the explanation, they demonstrated the power-on and function selection of the equipment through practical operation.
Subsequently, the technicians conducted practical exercises on the equipment based on the customer's project site conditions. They meticulously demonstrated to the customer a series of operation steps, including equipment wiring, parameter setting, reading, and testing. Combining their own experience, they also provided a detailed explanation of the situations that might arise during the test. 
After the demonstration, the technicians allowed the customer to operate the equipment on-site, and patiently and meticulously answered the questions encountered by the customer in practice, which was highly recognized by the on-site personnel.
