Recently, technical personnel from Wuhan Jindian Technology were invited to Yunnan to provide comprehensive after-sales training services for a batch of equipment purchased by a Yunnan power company customer. This equipment included the NR6700 fully automatic transformer ratio test instrument, NR6610 DC resistance test instrument, NR5300 loop resistance test instrument, and NR-DDG-1000A high-current generator.

Upon arrival at the project site, the technical personnel officially commenced after-sales debugging services under the customer's arrangement. This after-sales training mainly consisted of theoretical knowledge training and on-site experiments. The technical personnel first explained the usage and precautions of the training equipment, demonstrating wiring, parameter settings, and other operations. Theory and practice were conducted simultaneously to ensure that each training participant could independently operate the equipment. This training was comprehensive and informative. With the careful explanations and clear practical operations of the technical personnel, the participating customers quickly mastered the operation methods of this equipment.

Thus, this after-sales training service was successfully completed. The customer expressed that our after-sales personnel possess extensive professional knowledge and solved equipment usage problems with a careful and patient service attitude!
