     3. Please arrange your itinerary reasonably. Please do not go to medium- and high-risk areas unless necessary, and avoid places with crowds, confined spaces and poor ventilation. Take personal protection well, keep a safe social distance when going out, wear masks scientifically, wash hands frequently, disinfect frequently, and ventilate frequently.
