Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an after-sales service request from a power construction company in Zhengzhou. The request was for comprehensive after-sales debugging services for a batch of equipment they purchased, including the NR-BX-165kVA/44kV variable frequency resonance testing device, NR6700 fully automatic transformer ratio group tester, NR5130 microcomputer relay protection tester, NR6605 DC resistance tester, and other equipment.

After receiving the task, Jindian Technology's after-sales service team responded immediately, dispatching experienced technical engineer, Engineer Peng, to the customer's project site.

Upon arrival, Engineer Peng, under the customer's arrangement, began the training. This after-sales training mainly consisted of two parts: theory and on-site experiments. To facilitate the customer's independent completion of various electrical tests in the future, Engineer Peng patiently explained each piece of equipment in detail.

After explaining the parameters and characteristics of the equipment, Engineer Peng began a practical demonstration, slowly debugging the equipment during the actual power test operation. The demonstration included detailed explanations of equipment wiring, parameter settings, testing procedures, how to ensure a safe testing environment, how to analyze test data, and how to apply theoretical knowledge to practical test operations. After the demonstration, each participant was given hands-on practice to ensure they could independently operate the equipment.

This after-sales training was comprehensive. With Engineer Peng's careful explanation and demonstration, the participating customers quickly mastered the equipment's operation methods.
