At the customer's request, our company dispatched a technical engineer to the customer's project site to provide after-sales training services immediately.

Upon arriving at the project site, the technical engineer first checked and accepted the purchased equipment with the customer's personnel, carefully inspecting the appearance to ensure that the equipment printing was clear, there was no collision damage, and all related accessories were complete.

First, our technician provided a theoretical explanation of each piece of equipment and demonstrated the operation on-site. After the explanation and demonstration of all the equipment, the customers actively operated the equipment themselves. Our technical personnel patiently answered any questions encountered during operation until the customers could skillfully use our equipment and instruments.
