  Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from a power construction company in Chongqing, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched technicians to the customer's location in Chongqing to install and provide operational training for the testing equipment purchased from our company.

  The equipment debugged this time mainly includes: NR1600 battery discharge tester, NR1310 insulator tester, NR4400H zinc oxide arrester characteristic tester, and other equipment.

 After the beginning of winter, the weather is getting colder day by day, but it does not affect the enthusiasm of our technicians to serve customers. After arriving at the site, our technicians first explained the working principles of all equipment to the customer, and then introduced the test steps and precautions in detail.

  Equipment Introduction

  NR1600 Battery Discharge Tester

  This tester can be used as a discharge load in the offline state of the battery. By continuously adjusting the discharge current, it can achieve constant current discharge of the set value. During discharge, when the battery pack terminal voltage or single cell voltage drops to the set lower limit, or the set discharge time is reached, or the set discharge capacity is reached, the instrument will automatically stop discharging and record all valuable and continuous real-time process data.

  NR1310 Insulator Tester

  This instrument is used to test the distributed voltage value of 35~1000KV suspension insulators or laboratory-tested suspension insulators. It can effectively detect hidden faults inside the insulators, improve the reliability of the power grid system operation, and improve the work efficiency of line workers in live testing. This product is characterized by its small size, light weight, simple operation, and easy portability. The insulating rod used is a high-voltage moisture-proof insulating rod produced by a military enterprise, which is characterized by moisture-proof, high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, and high insulation.

  NR4400H Zinc Oxide Arrester Characteristic Tester

  This equipment is a special instrument used to detect the electrical performance of zinc oxide arresters. This instrument is suitable for on-line or off-line detection of zinc oxide arresters of various voltage levels, so as to timely discover dangerous defects such as internal insulation moisture and valve aging.

  The instrument is simple and easy to operate. The entire measurement process is controlled by the human-machine interface. It can measure the full current, resistive current and its harmonics, power frequency reference voltage and its harmonics, active power and phase difference. The large screen can display the real waveforms of voltage and current. The instrument uses digital waveform analysis technology and adopts harmonic analysis and digital filtering software anti-interference methods to ensure accurate and stable measurement results. It can accurately analyze the content of fundamental wave and 3~7 harmonics, and can overcome interphase interference to correctly measure the resistive current of the side arrester.

  During the test, when conducting online monitoring, a comprehensive explanation of its structural principle and operating interface functions was given. Then, from parameter setting and query operation to final data export, each step was demonstrated, and the customer was allowed to operate it hands-on to fully master it.

  This debugging was successfully completed, the equipment is running normally, and the data meets the requirements. Although the technical difficulty is high, our technicians still ensured the quality of service with their professional technical level, and the customer is very satisfied.
