Safety equipment testing has strict requirements for environmental parameters. The temperature, humidity, air pressure and other parameters of the test environment need to be truthfully recorded during the detection process. Due to the large number of test items and large area of the safety tool laboratory, it is divided into different laboratories and test areas. Taking into account the differences in the parameters of each test area, each station is required to have a temperature and humidity test unit for temperature and humidity measurement. Normally, the temperature and humidity are manually recorded and filled in the test report. This method will increase the workload for the detection and reduce the work efficiency.
With the application of the cloud platform management system for safety tools and equipment, environmental monitoring needs to meet the requirements of automated paperless office, our company has developed the IoT environmental monitoring system, which can arrange environmental test terminals in various inspection stations in the laboratory. The data of all test units are collected to the data center in real time through the Internet, and then during the detection process, the detection equipment of each location reads the data of the location detection unit at any time to obtain the real-time measurement parameters of the environment. Using this solution can not only reduce the workload of testers, but also avoid human errors caused by environmental parameter recording.
The IoT environment detection system consists of cloud platform system detection software, system video recorders, distributed cameras, and IoT environment monitoring terminals. The camera and the IoT environmental monitoring terminal collect the image and video information and environmental parameters of each station, and record them on the cloud platform for the system test station to read and save at the same time.
