This instrument is mainly used for rapid test of insulation resistance of hand-held electric tools.

Main Feature

The hand-held power tool insulation resistance tester adopts an integrated design, and the tester is equipped with an inflatable outer electrode box.
The inflatable outer electrode uses conductive cloth as the test electrode, and an air bag is arranged at the bottom of the electrode box. A high-performance air pump is used to apply constant pressure to the power tool housing, and the conductive cloth electrode is tightly connected with the power tool housing. Quickly pump down to negative pressure.
The electrode box is designed with an electromagnetic lock to avoid opening the box under pressure to protect the safety of test personnel.
The test device has stable and reliable electrode connection, high measurement repeatability, simple use, convenient clamping, and fast detection speed. It is the first choice for insulation resistance testing of handheld power tools in the power industry.
