JD3230 series remote control electric insulation rod test stand
The remote control electric insulation rod test stand is mainly used for the power frequency withstand voltage test of the entire section of the insulation rod below 35kV and the sectioned pressure test of the 110~500kV insulation rod. The insulating rod holder can be used to electrically adjust the electrode distance through a wireless remote control or a button on the device, and it also has a scale ruler to quantify the length of the segment. The electrode adopts a combined conductive foam, which can achieve the effect of surrounding the insulation rod under test and meet the requirements of the test standard.
- Insulating rod support is suitable for 10 ~ 500kV insulation rod integral test or segmented test.
- The bracket is designed with 3 groups of electrodes, two-stage voltage-resistant structure, and two-stage insulation rods can be tested for voltage resistance at one time.
- The electrode adopts combined trough-shaped conductive foam, which can fully achieve the effect of enveloping contact. Self-locking opening and closing structure is convenient for loading and unloading test

- The middle electrode is connected to the high voltage as the fixed main electrode, and the auxiliary electrodes on both sides are grounded. The auxiliary electrodes can be driven to both sides by electric drive.
