NR6300 series transformer winding deformation tester
The frequency response analysis method (FRA) is used for transformer winding deformation, which is to detect the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer, and compare the detection results longitudinally or laterally, and judge the possible winding deformation of the transformer according to the difference in the amplitude-frequency response characteristics .
◆ Acquisition control adopts high-speed, highly integrated microprocessor;
◆ USB communication interface between PC and instrument;
◆ The hardware movement adopts DDS special digital high-speed sweep technology (USA), and can accurately diagnose the winding distortion, bulging, displacement, tilt, inter-turn short-circuit deformation, inter-phase contact short-circuit and other faults through testing;
◆ High-resolution dB value measurement, dual-channel 16-bit A/D (change the tap switch in the field test, that is, there is an obvious output change);
◆ The signal output amplitude can be adjusted by software, the maximum amplitude peak value is ±10V;
◆ The computer generates an electronic document (WORD) from the test results;
◆ The instrument has the dual measurement system functions of linear frequency sweep measurement and segmented frequency sweep measurement, and is compatible with the current measurement modes of two technical schools in China.
◆ Signal source: food comes with a sweeping frequency excitation signal, signal output Vpp is 10V, signal output cathodic reactance is 50Ω, signal output frequency range: 0.5kHz~2MHz
◆ Two acquisition channels adjust the simultaneous sampling channel, the maximum sampling rate of each channel is 20Msps
