NR-BX/GX (variable frequency/power frequency) series resonance test device
Used for the withstand voltage test of large-capacity, high-voltage capacitive samples such as high-voltage cables, generators, large transformers, GIS, CVT, etc.
When performing AC withstand voltage tests on large-capacity samples, the test equipment often needs to be large-capacity, which leads to the huge volume of the test equipment, which can easily reach tons, and is extremely inconvenient to carry. It is especially not suitable for on-site testing. In response to the above problems, our company has developed the NR-BX series
series frequency conversion resonance test device and NR-GX series power frequency resonance test device.
The frequency conversion resonance test device adopts the method of adjusting the power frequency. The power frequency resonance test device adopts an adjusting reactor to make the reactor and the tested capacitive sample achieve resonance, so as to obtain high voltage and large current on the tested product.
The frequency conversion host uses a dedicated SPWM digital waveform generator chip, which has small waveform distortion and stable frequency; adopts an orthogonal non-synchronous fixed carrier modulation method to ensure a good output waveform in the entire frequency range; the power part adopts advanced IPM mode
block, to ensure the stability and safety of the instrument under the minimum weight. The frequency conversion resonant booster device is composed of a frequency-regulated and voltage-regulated power supply, an excitation transformer, a reactor, and a capacitor divider. The weight of the parts that can be moved by the individual does not exceed 60kg, which is suitable for on-site transportation; the reactor part is cast with dry epoxy, which is beautiful and reliable, and is suitable for the requirements of AC withstand voltage test of various large-capacity samples.

◆ Applicable scope description: Without special instructions, the 10kV cable length given in the above table is 2.0 times the cable length under the condition of 30-300Hz withstand voltage. If it is 2.5 times the withstand voltage, the cable length should be reduced by 33% accordingly. Users can choose compensation capacitors and protective ball gaps.
