NR8200 series transformer comprehensive test system
The transformer comprehensive test system adopts the latest virtual instrument technology, which combines the powerful data processing capability of the computer and the perfect hardware control capability of the industrial computer. The PC controls the entire test process and data processing through the system software. The entire test process is one The key is completed, realizing the real man-machine dialogue and fully automatic operation.
◆ The test system is a Windows operating system, and the test software is a full Chinese language environment. During the test, use the mouse to click the corresponding button to automatically complete the entire test project, and all test data are displayed on the screen in real time;
◆ The control part of the test device adopts advanced control technology such as PLC;
◆ The test software includes password protection, the operator can enter the test interface after entering the number and password;
◆ The factory test report and print format can be designed according to the sample provided by the user. After the test, the test report can be directly printed or edited (limited to test items);
◆ There is a mechanical emergency stop button on the test bench to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and the tested product in an emergency.
