NR7500 Series Gas Chromatography Analyzer
Transformer oil gas chromatography analyzer is suitable for the determination of the content of dissolved gas components in the insulating oil of the power system. It can complete the full analysis of the content of the 7 gas components dissolved in the insulating oil with one sample injection, and its minimum detection concentration of acetylene is up to 0.1ppm. The instrument is equipped with a large-screen LCD liquid crystal display interface, menu-style Chinese operation, intuitive display and convenient operation. The instrument adopts a dual-column parallel shunt system, equipped with a thermal conductivity detector, a dual hydrogen flame detector and a methane converter, and can complete the full analysis of H2, O2, CO2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, and C2H6 in one injection.
◆ Use 320 x 240 dot matrix 5.7 inches large LCD Chinese display, real-time display of temperature and operating conditions of various channels, clear and intuitive content;
◆ Power-on self-test, wide-range self-diagnosis function, can accurately determine the fault location and alarm;
◆ Six-channel independent temperature control (the vaporization chamber and capillary vaporization chamber can independently control the temperature), eight-step temperature program function;
◆ Over-temperature protection function: If any channel exceeds the set temperature, the instrument will automatically power off and alarm;
◆ The unique vertical heating device makes the sample vaporization more reliable, minimizes the heat radiation generated by the vaporization chamber, and ensures that the temperature deviation in the oven is extremely small;
◆ High-precision dual-stable gas circuit, four detectors can be installed at the same time.
