The complete set of test equipment for safety tools and appliances takes the insulation tool test bench as the core, and forms a power frequency withstand voltage test system with voltage regulators, test transformers, voltage dividers, and metal protection resistors. The upgraded version of the intelligent console adopts computer centralized control to realize automatic control of the test, and establish a database to automatically issue test reports. The test bench can be connected to the cloud platform management system developed by the company, and external peripherals such as a code scanner can be used to realize the digital, informatized, and paperless test.
The upgraded version of the smart console adds the functions of fine adjustment of test voltage and adjustable viewing angle, making it the preferred test equipment for high-voltage tests.
- The instrument test method meets the requirements of DL/T1476-2015 "Preventive Test Regulations for Electric Safety Tools and Appliances" and DL/T976-2017 "Preventive Test Regulations for Live Working Tools, Equipment and Equipment".
