Recently, the partial discharge shielding room built by Wuhan Jindian Technology for Jiangsu customers has been successfully delivered and has been put into use.

    The project will be released in mid-February 2023 and will be used for transformer test use after completion. After learning the project information, our company designed a shielding laboratory for customers according to the customer's technical requirements and under the premise of meeting national industry standards and specifications. During the period, our personnel arrived at the customer site for on-site investigation and technical exchanges many times, and finally reached a smooth cooperation through multiple communication and negotiation with customers!

    The partial discharge shielding room is used to optimize the basic test conditions of partial discharge, meet the needs of the product for the test environment, cooperate with the partial discharge test system to judge the insulation life of electrical equipment, and test the insulation performance of the product.

    This project has high requirements for grounding resistance value and sound insulation, in order to meet the customer's requirements, our company has made clear requirements for the ground, wall material, construction process and grounding system, electrical protection, etc. during the design, and strictly implemented in the later construction.

    After the construction of the partial discharge test shielding room was completed and passed the test acceptance, the customer also sent our company the demand for on-site technical guidance.

    After-sales engineers rushed to the customer test site in time, and the equipment that needs to be tested on site has been entered one after another, and the supporting test equipment has been installed. The engineer first explained the environmental requirements of the test and the theoretical knowledge of the specific test in detail. Subsequently, the wiring and test operation were demonstrated on site, and the test results obtained met the customer's requirements.
