Recently, after receiving the after-sales service demand of a construction engineering company in Guangxi, Jindian Technology immediately arranged for technicians to go to the customer's location to conduct arrival acceptance and operation training for the test equipment purchased from our company.

    The debugging equipment mainly includes: NR-BX-216kVA/108kV frequency conversion resonance test device, NR-YD-5kVA/50kV power frequency test transformer, NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC high voltage generator, NR2201 insulation resistance tester, NR2100 Grounding Resistance Tester, NR5400 High Voltage Switching Characteristics Comprehensive Tester, NR6700 Automatic Transformer Ratio Group Tester, NR5130 Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester, NR5200 Automatic Transformer Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, etc.

    After our technicians arrived at the site, they first checked the equipment together with the customer. Afterwards, the explanation is divided into two parts under the arrangement of the client: theory and practical operation.

    At the beginning of the training, our technicians gave a detailed introduction to the structure, functional characteristics, operation steps and precautions of the customer's debugging equipment, and answered the questions of the customer one by one.

    After the theoretical knowledge training, we enter the practical operation. Our technicians operate very meticulously. They teach customers how to connect, set parameters, and how to perform data analysis. The problems encountered during the operation are answered patiently until the customer is proficient in the use and precautions of our instrument.       

    After communication and debugging training, the customer basically mastered the use of this batch of equipment, and learned the analysis skills of test data very thoroughly, and expressed satisfaction with our equipment and this after-sales service.
